Pho tu te – a special restaurant in Hanoi

This restaurant is very simple. It only includes 2 carrying poles and 2 big baskets with 2 coal ovens and a big cooking pot of the broth in one basket and bowls, spoons and chopsticks in the other one without any table.

In the front of the basket of Pho is another big pot of Sot vang bo, the “signature” dish of Mrs Hoa: Pho sot vang. Around the owner are some familiar things that she can takes without looking such as: a boiling water pot, onion…

The relation between the owner and her customers

The night life is not busy as the day life but still eventfull. Because the special operating hours of this restaurant, it has special guests. Its customers are people at the age of 20 to 40 but most of them are young people.

It is not similar to others noisy restaurants, both the owner and customers try to whisper to avoid annoying other people at midnight.

Most of customers in here are familiar to the owner thanks to the delicious Pho of this restaurant. The main ingredient, the beef, is very fresh. The price for each bowl is about 40,000 to 45,000 VND, a bit higher than other restaurants. However, it is always crowed and closes before sunrise.
